    In the work with children and adolescents, I support and encourage parents to join me in learning about their child’s emotional life. This can bring forth new understandings, which can help to lessen difficult and challenging behaviors. I strive to create a safe, fun, and playful space for children and adolescents to communicate their experiences. A strong emphasis on looking at the whole child-their home/school environment, relationships, inner emotional life is emphasized, which I believe creates more opportunities for change.

    I can be helpful to children and teens experiencing difficulties due to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma.

    I aim to help you look with curiosity and compassion at your difficulties. My approach is dynamic and this can look and sound different with each person. I don’t believe in a one size fits all model. The treatment planning is an organic one and as the work progresses and deepens, the course of the treatment may shift. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
